I want your time at The Yellow Comb to feel stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. These simple salon policies help keep everything running smoothly so every guest can have the best experience possible.

Appointments & Cancellations

Life happens! I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This helps me offer that time to another guest who may be waiting. If cancelling within 24 hours, 50% of your service will be charged and applied to your next bill if rescheduled within 2 weeks of original appointment. 

Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late may need to be adjusted or rescheduled depending on the service.

No-Shows
A no-show will result in a non-refundable 100% charge for the scheduled serviced. 

Service Adjustments
Your happiness matters most! If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 7 days of your visit, and I’ll be happy to make adjustments.
